The cool thing about Ramada by Wyndham Hancock Waterfront is its waterfront location, offering beautiful views of the water and easy access to outdoor activities.
Everything about the hotel is great. From the rooms to the employees. However, I cannot seem to get anywhere regarding a refund for rooms that were booked for the wrong date by your booking agent. The hotel has approved the refund, but not Trivago. Please help.
