Room was clean. Breakfast area was nice. Staff in this area were very nice. Front desk person on duty when we checked in on 6/21/25 was awesome. The men’s rest room in the pool area was nasty. Hotel could use some upgrades due to its age.
Good amenities i.e. shuttle to casino, free breakfast in the morning (maybe some more items than red meat if possible), but the rooms, hallways, elevator need a good scrubbing.
I was way over charge. Should have just called and made a reservation. Thought when I made this I was on the best western site.

Pro: close to I75, walk to restaurants, good breakfast. Con: not very clean, rooms are care worn, smelly hallways, bath fan is LOUD, shower curtain rod falling, tiny fridge is just stuck in the corner with the coffee maker stacked on top. Poor room lighting. Only ice machine out of order. Conclusion: WAY overdue for an update/remodel. Better choices nearby.
