Wonderful and understanding customer service. An unexpected personal situation developed and they went over and above to meet my needs. The motel is older but very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed a very nice two night stay at the Magnuson Copper Crown in Hancock. Holly managed the desk well, answered questions, brought extra towels, kept the breakfast area stocked and kept us supplied with fresh coffee! The hot tub and pool were clean and very refreshing. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and saved us the expense of getting breakfast elsewhere. The room was clean and very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.
